ORLEANS
Cape Cod Lanterns
BREWSTER / CHATHAM
Struna Galleries
Since 1998, Craig Souza and his wife Debra have carried
the torch for a business, S. Wilder & Company, that has
been entrenched in Massachusetts for 188 years. Before
purchasing the company, which became known as Cape
Cod Lanterns, Craig had never made a lamp in his life.
Twenty-six years later and his business is thriving, having
created sconces, wall lights, hanging lights, landscape
lights, chandeliers, and outdoor lighting for homes as
far away as Japan, England, Ireland, and Spain. Craig’s
custom hand-crafted masthead lanterns even adorn
the entrance to the presidential retreat at Camp David in
Maryland.
With a career spanning more than 昀椀ve decades,
Timothy Jon Struna has established himself as
a preeminent painter and printmaker in the
region. Working in watercolor, oil, acrylic, and
copper plate engraving, Struna’s distinct style
blends traditional realism with abstractionism
with a focus on architecture, nature, and still life.
With two galleries, in Brewster and Chatham,
visitors have ample opportunity to not only view
the beauty of his pieces, but bring one home.
